see a few changes this year.
We have moved our office to 11811 N Tatum Blvd, Ste 3031, Phoenix, AZ 85028. More detailed directions are located under the page "Contact".
We are no longer using SecureDrawer. You can simply log in below (after you have received
your confirmation email with your login and password information). Beginning in January you will find your tax packet in your new account which will contain the engagement letter, organizer, office calendar, and optional credit card form all in one PDF file. You will no longer have a PDF, Word, and Excel documents to print, just one file. You can download and upload documents to your account which will notify us the second it's in your account.
Another change this year is businesses will have an organizer as well. In the past businesses have only provided an engagement letter but for this year businesses will need to complete both the engagement letter and organizer along with still providing us with the QuickBooks file if applicable.
No one likes paperwork but the more information you provide us the better prepared we are to complete your tax returns. We have provided a Frequently Asked Questions section to our website under the "FAQ & Services" page to help you.

*This date is the final date that Simmons Tax has to have all of your tax documents to ensure the return will be completed by the first due date. If you do not provide your documents by that date then we will file an extension.
**This date is the final date that Simmons Tax must have all of your tax documents to complete the return for filing in a timely manner. We are not responsible for late filing penalties or interest.
