Gayle Simmons
has over 14 years of experience as an
accountant and began her career with a Big 8 public accounting firm in
Tulsa, Oklahoma then transferred with the firm to Phoenix, Arizona. She
gained additional experience in the private sector working for a large
corporate home builder, aerospace company, and a managed health care
company. Miss Simmons is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she
earned her Masters of Science degree specializing in tax. |

Judith Wilson has been in bookkeeping and
administration positions for over 30 years. She brings to the table
experience from the banking industry, a government-run utility company,
hazardous waste disposal industry, and even property management. Her skills
include inventory control, warehouse and database tracking, purchasing,
payroll and banking.

As a voice in the community, Miss Simmons once served on the Board Of Directors for the Arizona Humane Society of
which she has been a member for the past 10 years and belongs to the American
Institute of CPA's and the AZ Society of CPA's. |

Mrs. Wilson has attended Paradise Valley Community College
and
Glendale Community College. |

Sue Urban
has been in bookkeeping, administration, and office management for over 20
years. She has worked in many industries including medical and real
estate and was the accounting manager for the largest centrally managed
contracting and marketing resource for private practice physical
occupational and speech clinic in the United States. Her primary
function is bookkeeping for small businesses which includes accounts
payable, accounts receivable, and training. |

Sandra Finley
has been in bookkeeping and administration positions for over 13 years.
Her experience spans over multiple industries. She has been involved
in banking, wholesale inventory, and real estate. Her primary
function is in the preparation of returns for individuals and small
businesses as well as bookkeeping for small businesses. Her
bookkeeping skills include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
inventory control.

Mrs. Urban attended Glendale Community College. She
volunteers as the manager and coach of a travel club softball team.

Mrs. Finley has attended Glendale Community College and ASU. She
volunteers as the business manager for local youth sports teams. |
